Oracle Tool: RDA Setup

Setup RDA. 

Download RDA from

The example here is very old. Basically, just showing an overview of how to run it. Pretty simple.


RDA  (reactive, drill down to 1 database)
Description     RDA/OCM bundle
Product     Remote Diagnostics Agent OCM Bundle
Release    
Remote Diagnostics Agent 4.26    

Download RDA package and unzip it.

unzip p13490302_426_LINUX.zip

Set the environment. I have seen a lot of people just ran the RDA and did not gather the right instance.

. oraenv
<type in instance name here>

<RETURN> all the way to accept defaults

Then run rda.sh again and enter password.

unzip and look for
RDA_START.htm file
